Baby Boy Shower cake

Light Blue and Brown baby shower cake and cupcakes!

Paw Patrol

This cake was created for a sweet TWO YEAR-OLD boy! It's a 2 tiered 6/8in marble flavored cake with vanilla buttercream frosting! The Paw Patrol badge was free-hand cut (because the cutter set I had ordered did not arrive in time) out of marshmallow fondant!

Chevron cakes

When you have two birthdays...two weeks apart...you often find yourself celebrating with ONE party!!! Each boy had their own idea of which kind of cake they preferred. So, we went with two different themes, but pulled them together with some fun chevron!

The Thomas cake was a double layered 8in chocolate cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate buttercream frosting.

The ninja turtle cake was a double layered 8in vanilla funfetti cake with cream cheese buttercream frosting!

Butterfly cupcakes

I really enjoyed the fun colors and pretty butterflies on these cupcakes!!! I found a lot of great tutorials on fondant butterfly making and was amazed at how simple they are to make!

Turtle "Shell" cakes!!!

Ninja Turtles have been very popular in this household over the past summer and fall!!! I made this "shell" cake at the request of my four year-old for his 4th birthday party! We also had to have some turtle cake pops to go with the cake! Lots of fun and one of my first times making cake pops!!! The cake is a vanilla funfetti 8 inch round! I used the soccer ball Wilton pan to get the turtle shell shape on top! The cake is covered in cream cheese buttercream with marshmallow fondant accents!

I created a different version of this same cake for another special little guy who turned THREE!!!

A cake fit for a Queen!

This is a chocolate tiered cake covered in cream cheese buttercream and decorated with marshmallow fondant detail!

It's NOT FROZEN in Minnesota yet!
